Since Since 1994 Tri-State, a family owned business, has been specializing in the repair of Tajima, Melco, Brother, SWF, Toyota and Barudan equipment. Our Factory trained technician has over 20 years of field experience carries a complete line of parts and is fully insured.

Tri-State Technical currently services over 500 customers in the Michigan, Ohio and Indiana areas. To serve you better, we are expanding our coverage to include the adjoining states.

Tri-State offers a competitive rate at $90.00 per hour, and in an effort to cut the travel charges we offer SPLIT ZONES. This option is put in place when we can service more than one customer in the area on the same day.

Digitizing is another service provided by Tri-State. Our digitizer has over 18 years experience. She started as an instructor with SMX, and for the last 16 years has punched over 9000 designs for Tri-State. We base our rate on the ease/complexity of each design.

In May 2001, we started carrying a full line of EMBROIDERY SUPPLIES. We offer the Floriani/Fu-Fu’s Embroidery thread, along with the Floriani Stabilizers, a commercial backing line, needles, bobbins, aerosols and much more. Internet ordering 24/7 is also available at www.usetsts.com.

We provide Training Seminars on Melco Embroidery Software, and Consulting for start-up businesses. This can be done at our facility or yours.
